Ordering Made Easy at NINE5!
Ordering your branded apparel and gifts at NINE5 is a breeze. Here’s a simple 4-step guide to get you started:

1. Browse & Select:
Find the perfect items for your needs by browsing our extensive range of apparel and corporate gifts on our website.

2. Request For Quote:
Click the “Request a Quote” button on the desired product page. Send us details like your design, quantity, and any customization requests. Our team will get back to you with a detailed quote. (Please send us your artwork in at least 300dpi for us to print)

3. Order Confirmation:
Once you are happy with the quote and signed off, we will create a design proposal for your approval. You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the design before we move forward with production.

4. Finalise & Delivery:
After approving the final design proposal and making a deposit or full payment, your order goes into production. Expect your order to be ready in 3-7 working days for printing on ready-made items or 3-4 weeks for customised items or large quantities. You can choose to pick up your order at our office or have it conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

Note: Please note that cancellations are not allowed once your order is processed for printing.

Preferred File Formats: For optimal printing results, we recommend submitting your artwork in these formats: JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, or PSD.

Resolution Matters: Ensure your artwork has a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch) to avoid pixelation during printing.

Artwork Adjustments: We offer complimentary adjustments to your confirmed artwork to ensure it meets your needs.

Double-Check Before Approval: Our design proposals will showcase all final printing details. Carefully review these details and notify us of any errors before confirming the design. Once confirmed, changes might not be possible due to printing processes.

Design from Scratch: Need help bringing your design vision to life? We offer design services on a case-by-case basis, with prices starting from $60.

Islandwide Delivery: We deliver throughout Singapore for a flat rate of $25 per location.(Although there are some delivery promo from time to time!)

Remote Locations: Deliveries to CBD Area, Tuas, Sentosa, or locations accessible only by stairs may require additional delivery charges (For corporate gifts).
